PCL compounds excluded due to toxicity in uninfected cells for thr HSV screen.

The toxicity of the PCL compounds in absence of infection was evaluated by PrestoBlue viability assay. Compounds are indicated by their PCL catalogue ID (PCL_ID) and names (compoundName). Compounds were classified as toxic, when their normalized value for all replicates was higher than the average +3σ of the DMSO negative control for the corresponding plate. Scores and score standard deviation (scoreSD) of toxic PCL compounds are listed. The PrestoBlue raw data are available at idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls.本研究采用PrestoBlue细胞活力检测法（PrestoBlue viability assay），对未感染状态下的PCL化合物毒性进行了评估。所有化合物以其PCL目录编号（PCL_ID）及化合物名称（compoundName）进行标识。当某化合物的所有重复实验归一化数值均高于对应培养板中二甲基亚砜（DMSO）阴性对照组的平均值加3倍标准差（+3σ）时，该化合物即被归类为有毒性化合物。有毒性PCL化合物的评分及评分标准差（scoreSD）均已列出。PrestoBlue原始检测数据可通过idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls获取。
