Eleven years of training data for south foehn for three regions of Western Austria

This south foehn training data is suited for machine learning purposes. It was created by applying objective foehn classification (OFC, Vergeiner 2004) on hourly data of various stations in Western Austria. Three regions (Vorarlberg, Tiroler Unterland, Tiroler Oberland) and two intensities are available, where 0.0 means no foehn on that day, 0.5 means localised foehn on that day (up to half the stations in the region responded to OFC), 1.0 means widespread foehn on that day (more than half the stations in the region responded to OFC), provided for each region individually. A paper, where the process of creation is described, is in preperation and will be linked as soon as it is reviewed.本南焚风训练数据集适用于机器学习相关研究。 本数据集通过对奥地利西部多气象观测站的逐小时实测数据应用客观焚风分类法（Objective Foehn Classification，简称OFC，Vergeiner 2004）构建而成。数据集涵盖三个区域：福拉尔贝格州（Vorarlberg）、蒂罗尔下兰地区（Tiroler Unterland）、蒂罗尔上兰地区（Tiroler Oberland），并设有两类强度等级，具体分级规则如下： 0.0 代表当日无焚风； 0.5 代表当日局地焚风（该区域内响应客观焚风分类法的气象站点占比不超过50%）； 1.0 代表当日全域焚风（该区域内响应客观焚风分类法的气象站点占比超过50%）； 上述分级信息按单个区域分别提供。 描述该数据集构建流程的学术论文目前处于审稿阶段，待正式通过评审后将及时公布相关链接。
