Long term available capacity and use it or sell it allocated capacity - by border

Long-term (Yearly and monthly) available and allocated transmission capacity between Elia and its neighbouring transmission system operators (TSOs) for imports and exports across Belgiums borders. The Market Party to which the capacity is allocated should either Use It Or Sell It (UIOSI) to another Market Party.
