Genome data of Bipolaris zeicola

<em>Bipolaris zeicola</em><em> </em>is one of the fungal pathogens that causes northern corn leaf spot disease in <em>Zea mays</em>. Here, we report a draft genome assembly of<em> B. zeicola</em> using a combination of Illumina PE150 and PacBio RSII long-read sequencing data. Approximately 6.99 Gb (193x coverage) of PacBio long reads were assembled into a 36.30 Mb genome assembly that, contained 24 contigs with an N50 of 2.05 Mb. A total of 11,303 genes were predicted, of which 545 were carbohydrate-active enzymes and 2,081 were membrane transporters.
<em>玉蜀黍平脐蠕孢(Bipolaris zeicola)</em>是引发玉米(Zea mays)北方叶斑病的真菌病原菌之一。本研究结合Illumina PE150与PacBio RSII长读长测序数据,报道了玉蜀黍平脐蠕孢的基因组草图组装结果。本次组装共使用约6.99 Gb的PacBio长读长序列(覆盖深度193×),最终得到总长36.30 Mb的基因组组装产物,该组装包含24个重叠群(contig),其N50值为2.05 Mb。研究共预测得到11303个编码基因,其中545个为碳水化合物活性酶(carbohydrate-active enzymes),2081个为膜转运蛋白。
