This series comprised files containing fortnightly Staff Returns, being comprehensive statements of staff statistics compiled by the Secretary's Office of Victorian Railways.The reports include summaries of engagements through the various branches, statistical reports to the Commonwealth Statistician and Recommendations in regard to Appointments and Removals of Supernumerary Employees.
