Images were acquired with FEI Helios FIB-SEM, using backscatter detector from an epoxy resin embedded inner ear Organ of Corti sample.
1.3_Cell_1_Stack_Cropped is a multipage TIFF file containing only the relevant volume of Cell#1, cropped to reduce the file size. The file contains 387 images, acquired at 15 nm milling step, resulting in 2.43×2.43×15 nm³ voxel size. The plane #1 of the original stack was removed.
This file is a part of Dataset 1, comprised of files related to the Cell #1 of current study. The numbering order of the files reflects the order of operations performed during the analysis.
