Amphiura filiformis raw reads 9hr post fertilization

Next to sea urchins (echinoderms), brittle stars (ophiuroids) are the only other animals that develop a larval skeleton. However, in comparison to the well-studied sea urchin, brittle stars have not been investigated in such detail and lack a detailed description of their developmental mode on an mRNA expression level. We, therefore, sequenced 4 time points of development that correspond to 4 distinct stages in order to obtain an "omic" characterisation of development for the species Amphiura filiformis.
