Methylation of histone H3 lysine 36 is a barrier for therapeutic interventions of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas

We show that head and neck squamous cell carcinomas models with deficient H3K36me, induced by H3K36M expression, lead to epigenetic dysregulation. Overall design: RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and Cut/Run in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas, such as FaDU, SCC25, Detroit562 and primary gingival keratinocytes.
