Data files: - Airborne_MP_count.xlsx – This file contains six columns: SampleID, Location, Filaments, Fragments, Filaments_corr, and Fragments_corr. It reports the microplastic particle counts by shape type (Fragments and Filaments), with the _corr columns showing values corrected using the blank controls. - Arvada_20240920_Raman (folder) – Contains 8 csv files generated by Raman microscopy, each including wavenumber and absorbance data. - Arvada_20241002_Raman (folder) – Contains 23 csv files generated by Raman microscopy, each including wavenumber and absorbance data. - Erie_20240919_Raman (folder) – Contains 11 csv files generated by Raman microscopy, each including wavenumber and absorbance data. - Erie_20241003_Raman (folder) – Contains 30 csv files generated by Raman microscopy, each including wavenumber and absorbance data. - Colorado_MP_flights_level_1 – This file contains eight columns: Time (MST), Time (UTC), readingPress, setpoint, outputVal, location, altitude, FLnumber. Time (MST) is the timestamp in second in Mountain Time (local time), Time (UTC) is the timestamp in second in UTC, readingPress is the value read from the pressure sensor, setpoint is the value sent from the microcontroller, outputVal is the value read from the micro blower, location is where the sUAS flights took place, altitude in m above ground level is the hovering altitude of the sUAS, FLnumber is the number identification of the sUAS flight.
