Plotting SNP Density along Multiple Sequence Alignment

The R-script takes SNP positions along a multiple sequence file and plots along the MSP. It also takes start and end position of exons, genomic segments along with MSP.该R脚本可读取多序列文件中的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）位点，并沿MSP进行绘图；同时还可接收外显子的起始与终止位点以及基因组区段，并沿MSP。
