Human Bone Ultrastructure in 3D (nano-CT+qPRS): Data Archive

This is a Data Archive with original data for the manuscript "Human Bone Ultrastructure in 3D: Mltimodal Correlative Study Combining Nanoscale X-Ray Computed Tomography and Quantitative Polarized Raman Spectroscopy". A README file containing all descriptions can be found in the main folder. Data is stuctured into 4 categories: Light Microscopy, nano-CT tilt series, nano-CT reconstruction and Raman (qPRS) Data. Each category is uploaded as a .zip archive and contains files related to respective technique (in their turn groupped into .zip archives by the name of a showcased sample).本数据集为研究论文《三维人类骨超微结构：结合纳米级X射线计算机断层扫描（Nanoscale X-Ray Computed Tomography）与定量偏振拉曼光谱（Quantitative Polarized Raman Spectroscopy）的多模态关联研究》的原始数据存档。主文件夹中包含一份README文件，涵盖全部相关说明内容。数据集共分为四大类别：光学显微数据、纳米CT倾斜序列数据、纳米CT重建数据，以及拉曼（定量偏振拉曼光谱，qPRS）数据。每个类别均以.zip压缩包形式上传，包含对应技术相关的文件；各技术对应的文件又按照展示样本的名称打包为次级.zip压缩包。
