Relative frequencies of the 63 OTUs among the 309 studied sampled plants. The fungal OTUs are shown in rows and named according to their fungal families: T = Tulasnellaceae; C = Ceratobasidiaceae, S = Serendipitaceae, SB = Sebacinaceae, TH = Thelephoraceae, O = Omphalotaceae, P = Psathyrellaceae and R = Russulaceae. The orchid plants are shown in columns. The plants occurred at four sites in southern France (FR1 and FR2) and in the Czech Republic (CZ1 and CZ2).
