We compared the entire gene expression of wild-type and mutants under µG and artificial 1G conditions. Two independent culture samples were analyzed for each condition. DNA microarray analyses were performed to determine the gene expression profiles of space-flown worms over four generations. N2 wild-type, RB756 hda-4 (ok518), and VC199 sir-2.1 (ok434) mutants were used to analyze epigenome alterations by histone deacetylase.
