资源简介：
2020-2023年于武汉同济医院记忆门诊就诊的、不同程度的认知障碍患者，以及武汉社区内认知筛查的社区人群，不同程度的认知障碍患者的临床资料、人口学信息以及神经心理评估量表。包括主观认知下降、轻度认知障碍以及阿尔茨海默病患者。
This dataset contains clinical data, demographic information, and neuropsychological assessment scales from two cohorts: patients with varying degrees of cognitive impairment who attended the Memory Clinic of Wuhan Tongji Hospital between 2020 and 2023, and community residents who received cognitive screening in Wuhan communities. The cognitive impairment patient cohort includes individuals with Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
