Effect of diesel exhaust particle on lymphatic endothelial cells

Diesel exhaust particle (DEP) is one of the major causes of air pollution in the world. Various cells were damaged by an exposure to DEP such as airway epithelial cells, lung cells. However, the effect of DEP on lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) remains unclear. The purpose of this NGS data is to reveal what transcriptomics changes can be caused in LECs by an exposure to DEP. This study will facilitate better understanding of the role of LECs in a pathogenic condition by DEP.
