The genotypic data of 13499 SNP and 26369 silicoDart markers for 509 winter wheat accessions representing registered varieties and advanced breeding materials are given in ISA Tab format. The data has been created as a part of HYBRE project supported by the National Centre for Research and Development in the BIOSTRATEG program: BIOSTRATEG3/343665/6/NCBR/2017. The main objective of the project was to create bases for wheat hybrid breeding in Poland using an integrated approach including precise phenotyping, genotyping and improving breeding materials, creating tools for molecular selection and recognizing interest of Polish breeders, farmers and other groups of stakeholders in respect to wheat hybrid varieties.
