Exploring Quality Assurance in the Education and Training of Professional Junior Bachelors at Agricultural Colleges (2026)

Survey Objective: to assess the awareness of agricultural college educators regarding the quality assurance of professional junior bachelor training, their motivation to influence educational quality, their readiness to identify learning losses, and the approaches and tools they use to address them, as well as to explore agricultural employers' evaluations, collaboration formats, and involvement in quality assurance of specialist training. Мета опитування: з’ясувати наскільки викладачі аграрних коледжів обізнані щодо питань забезпечення якості підготовки фахових молодших бакалаврів, чи вмотивовані вони впливати на забезпечення якості освіти, чи готові виявляти освітні втрати та які підходи й інструменти для цього застосовують, а також виявити оцінки та готовність роботодавців аграрної галузі до співпраці й участі в забезпеченні якості підготовки фахівців. Methodology & Sampling / Методологія та вибірка:- Non-probability voluntary response sample (purposive self-selection) / Неімовірнісна цільова вибірка добровільної участі.- Educators / Викладачі аграрних коледжів: N = 95 respondents.- Employers / Роботодавці: N = 13 respondents (expert cohort).- Scale / Шкала: 5-point Likert scale (1 to 5).
