Cyprichromis leptosoma, Hemibates stenosoma and Tropheus sp. raw sequence reads

This collection of raw 100bp paired-end Illumina reads contains separately pooled males and females from three Lake Tanganyikan cichlids. These cichlids include Cyprichromis leptsoma, Hemibates stensoma and Tropheus sp. The C. leptosoma male samples are further subdivided into pools of males with blue and yellow fins.
