IL-8 in Human Glioblastoma Tumors Instructs Immunosuppressive Myeloid Cells

This dataset contains raw flow cytometry (FCS) files supporting the experiments reported in "IL-8 in Human Glioblastoma Tumors Instructs Immunosuppressive Myeloid Cells". The data include flow cytometric characterization of human monocyte-derived macrophages exposed to glioblastoma (GBM) tumor-conditioned media, experiments examining the contribution of IL-8 to GBM-induced macrophage phenotypes, and functional T-cell suppression assays. Files are organized by experiment (date) and named to indicate the corresponding experimental conditions. Human GBM tumor conditioned media samples are identified using de-identified numbers ("GBMx").
