德勤智慧债券产品中舆情分析算法FISHQA基于深度学习的舆情分析算法对公告、新闻等舆情信息进行实时分析和展示，它是团队与中国科学院计算机所结合人工智能领域的前沿技术与风险咨询领域经验的成果。产品以德勤内评模型为基础，同时考虑发债企业财务、经营以及所属行业、 地区等方面的动态因素，对发债企业进行了全面、实时的基本面分析。不仅如此，产品具备组合管理的功能，对客户的组合的风险收益特征进行可视化呈现。当债券进入预警等级的信息会以邮件、Excel、API接口等形式推送给客户。

The public opinion analysis algorithm FISHQA integrated into Deloitte's Smart Bond Product leverages deep learning-based public opinion analysis technologies to conduct real-time analysis and visualization of public opinion-related information such as corporate announcements and news. This product is a collaborative outcome developed by the Deloitte team and the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT, CAS), combining cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies with industry expertise in risk consulting. Built upon Deloitte's internal rating model, the product performs comprehensive, real-time fundamental analysis on bond-issuing enterprises, while considering dynamic factors including their financial standing, operational conditions, and the specific industries and regions they operate in. In addition, the product offers portfolio management capabilities, which visually display the risk-return characteristics of clients' bond portfolios. When a bond triggers a warning level alert, relevant information will be pushed to clients through multiple channels such as emails, Excel files, and API interfaces.
