资源简介:
This study investigates the association between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and intimate partner violence (IPV) perpetration in a nationally representative sample of 2,016 young adults (Mean age 28.27, SD 5.11) in Bangladesh, with a focus on gender differences. ACEs were categorised into two dimensions: threat (e.g., exposure to violence) and deprivation (e.g., lack of emotional or cognitive support). IPV perpetration was measured using the Hurt, Insult, Threaten, Screamed (HITS) scale.
