Companion code and data for the analysis of structural habitat heterogeneity in restored and reference riparian forests along the Sacramento River, California. LiDAR-derived metrics (overstory rugosity, foliage height diversity, terrain ruggedness index) are modeled as functions of forest age, distance to river, and forest type using generalized linear mixed models.本数据集配套代码与数据，用于分析美国加利福尼亚州萨克拉门托河沿岸修复河岸林与参照河岸林的结构生境异质性。研究采用广义线性混合模型（generalized linear mixed models），将激光雷达（LiDAR）衍生的林冠粗糙度、叶高多样性、地形崎岖度指数三类指标，以林分年龄、距河道距离及林分类型作为自变量进行建模分析。
