The data are obtained by numerical calculation with MATLAB. In this program, the Reynolds equation is discretized by finite difference method. The circumferential and axial mesh density is 120×80, and the bearing oil film force is solved by Simpson method. The calculation process is shown in Fig.6. Firstly, the required bearing parameters for calculation are inputted. Also, the initial deflection angle and eccentricity ratio are assumed. Afterward, based on the half-step finite difference method, the dimensionless oil film thickness of three models is solved. Then, the bearing oil film pressure  is solved according to Newtonian fluid lubrication model, so as to determine the bearing oil film pressure in the whole region. Then, the bearing oil film pressure  is solved iteratively. Finally, the deflection angle and eccentricity ratio are corrected to satisfy convergence condition and bearing characteristics are solved afterwards.
