PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitalizing agent capable of being used as a foliar spraying agent and as an irrigation agent by processing fossil coral， magnesium salt， and iron salt hardly absorbed by a plant due to low water-solubility into water-soluble ones easily absorbed by the plant and maintaining a content of nitrogen， phosphorus， and potassium below 1% in order to avoid excess supply of the three elements. SOLUTION: A processing method of this invention， as a method of solubilizing sparsely water-soluble fossil coral， magnesium salt， and iron salt， includes reacting the fossil coral， magnesium salt， and iron salt with organic acid to form organic acid salt and thereby increasing the solubility. The processing method enables plant essential elements other than nitrogen， phosphorus， and potassium to be efficiently supplied to the plant and easily absorbed by the plant.
