资源简介:
The present data correspond to bats captures with mist nets. The samples were developed between 2013 and 2017 with a sampling effort of 24,786 mist-net-meter-hours. The data were collected in order to evaluate the impact of the conservation status of the seasonally dry tropical forest on the characteristics of the bat community. Three different levels of conservation status were established; Natural, Semi-natural and Degraded. The Natural forest corresponds to those forest areas preserving the characteristics of composition and vegetal structure, these forests have not been impacted or have been little impacted by human activities. Semi-natural forests correspond to those areas under human activities and showing a reduction in richness and the number of trees per hectare. Finally, degraded forests correspond to those areas with a low tree density, low canopy, and greater dominance of shrubs than natural forests. The data are at the individual level. Each collected individual was identified at the species level, and morphometric measurements of each individual were recorded. Once the measures were recorded, the individuals were released.
