Machine learning based methods to generate conformational ensembles of disordered proteins (len36)

data is in rep_1 for all sequences, which contains the trajectory (xtc) file, Rg information (in the file Rg.out), pairwise distance information (in the file traj_analysis_data/pairwise_distance_matrix.csv) and the bspline coefficients (in the file bspline_info/xyz_coeff.npy)所有序列的数据集均存储于rep_1目录下，该目录包含以下内容：轨迹（xtc）文件、回转半径（Radius of Gyration, Rg）信息（存放于Rg.out文件中）、两两距离信息（存放于traj_analysis_data目录下的pairwise_distance_matrix.csv文件中），以及B样条（B-spline）系数（存放于bspline_info目录下的xyz_coeff.npy文件中）。
