Compared to other vertebrates, avain exhibit relatively high blood glucose levels, and their GCGR (glucagon receptor) shows persistent Gs constitutive activity. To investigate the functional implications of constitutively active GCGR, we synthesized hsGCGR, scGCGR, and pvGCGR-AV. These constructs were administered via tail vein injection into C57BL/6 mice, followed by bulk RNA-seq analysis of liver tissue.
