EEMS

We include several folders of data files required to run the estimating effective migration surfaces program. This includes the conversion of the plink file to bed format, the output of the bed2diffs module (to create dissimilarity matrix), and finally the actual input files for running EEMS. We include the results of the analysis along with an R script for plotting.

本数据集包含运行有效迁移表面估计程序（estimating effective migration surfaces, EEMS）所需的多个文件夹下的数据文件。这些文件包括将PLINK文件（PLINK）转换为BED格式（BED）的相关文件、用于生成差异矩阵（dissimilarity matrix）的bed2diffs模块（bed2diffs）输出结果，以及运行EEMS所需的最终实际输入文件。本数据集同时附带本次分析的结果与用于绘图的R脚本。
