Proportions of overlapping rarel allele scan and GWAS associations summarized by population and trait group: Nooverlap and Overlap are the numbers of QTL that encompass GWAS associations summed over traits within a trait group; Overlap.perc is the proportion of QTL that encompass a GWAS association; N.sign.mean.overlap and Perc.sign.mean.overlap are the total number and percentage of traits within the trait group for which the overlapping proportion is significantly greater than expected based on random distributions; N.sign.N.zero and Perc.sign.N.zero are the total number and percentage of traits within the trait group for which number of QTL with zero GWAS associations is greater than expected based on random distributions.
