Sainsc: supporting data

AnnData file with annotated segmentation-based cells from Xenium Brain slices. The cell annotation is used to generate the cell-type signatures and compare the cell-type assignment of Sainsc on the Xenium brain dataset (see Müller-Bötticher et al. 2024) and is necessary to reproduce the results of the study. The data was generated as part of Salas et al. 2023. The annotation is based on the Xenium cell segmentation. Processing and annotation was performed using scanpy.
