Uncertainty estimates.

Table 3 gives details of the estimated statistical uncertainties associated with each colony. This is based on the robust regression analysis and the image quality of each VHR image. The uncertainty from the robust regression is estimated using Monte Carlo analysis (see Statistical Procedure section of the main text). The uncertainty based upon the image quality has been estimated using multiple analyses of images of differing quality.
