The MIC of rHBD3 in the milk of transgenic goats.

*The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) is the lowest concentration of HBD3 at which 99.9% of the viable cells are inhibited. All assays were conducted in duplicate and repeated four times.Within a column, No difference was found in MIC among the groups (P>0.05).最小抑菌浓度（minimal inhibitory concentration, MIC）指可抑制99.9%活细胞的最低HBD3浓度。所有实验均设置双复孔，并独立重复四次。同一列内，各组的MIC值无统计学显著差异（P>0.05）。
