Proteomic and transcriptomic analysis of Allium mongolicum seeds

Allium mongolicum seeds stored naturally for 2, 4 and 5 years were used as test materials, determination of germination indexes, antioxidant enzyme activities and other physiological indexes in seeds treated with 0.8 mmol/L spermidine solution, and proteomic and transcriptomic sequencing were performed.
