The results in the subdirectories are calculated with the FEM code FEAP 8.6 and an electro-mechanical phase-field element. The four subdirectories contain the inputfiles (and associated files) for the simulations as well as - 00_create-parameter-study.sh, - collect-Ogden.py, - state.pvsm, - state2.pvsm. The Linux shell script "00_create-parameter-study.sh" prepares the parameter studies into new subdirectories and drives the simulations. The python script "collect-Ogden.py" collects the force-displacement results from the simulations, determine the critical loads and prepare the data file "Ogden.dat" The ParaView state files (*.pvsm) help to visualise the simulations results (*.vtu) using the Visualization Toolkit library (VTK, https://vtk.org/). The gnuplot file "plot-el-potential.plt" is used to create Fig. 11b out of the parameter studies (http://www.gnuplot.info/).
