By leveraging workers' card-swipe records, plant management can track all workers' movement trajectories, thereby monitoring personnel flow in key factory areas. In the event of an accident or safety incident in a key factory area, the personnel entry/exit record data can serve as part of the investigation, assisting in identifying the cause of the accident and formulating measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Statistics on personnel entry/exit in key factory areas are critical for improving safety management, accident investigation and prevention, reducing accident risks, and enhancing overall workplace safety culture. With this dataset, management can make more informed decisions to ensure employee safety and the sustainable operation of the plant. 1. Data Collection: Card readers are installed in all key areas of the factory, which can identify workers' identity and functional information. When a worker passes through a card reader, the device will capture and transmit their information in real time, typically including the worker ID, clock-in timestamp, and current location. 2. Data Cleaning: The collected data requires cleaning to ensure quality and accuracy. The cleaning process includes removing redundant spaces, converting data formats, verifying data integrity, and handling missing or erroneous values. Non-compliant data will be corrected or discarded. 3. Data Correction: For information missed by card readers (e.g., only entry into an area is detected but no exit record is captured when the worker leaves), the system uses specific algorithms to supplement the missing information. 4. Data Storage: The cleaned data is stored in a database indexed by area and time, enabling long-term storage and fast retrieval. Sensitive user information is encrypted during storage to ensure the privacy and security of user data, and to adequately protect sensitive information. 5. Data Statistics and Visualization: Personnel data within each area is presented to management via visualization tools and dashboards.
