西双版纳生态站是中国生态系统观测网(CERN)和中国通量观测研究网络(ChinaFLUX)的基础观测站点,基于涡度相关技术,已开展了17年碳水通量观测工作。本数据集基于ChinaFLUX数据处理体系,经过坐标轴旋转、异常值剔除、数据插补等标准数据处理,形成了2003–2010年西双版纳站30分钟、日尺度、月尺度和年尺度4个时间尺度的常规气象数据(空气温度、空气相对湿度、水汽压、风速、风向、土壤温度、土壤水分、太阳辐射、光合有效辐射和降水等)和碳水通量(生态系统总初级生产力、生态系统呼吸、净生态系统生产力、潜热通量、显热通量)数据。本数据集不仅可以服务于区域生态系统功能评估、模型参数优化,还可服务于地方经济发展、生态安全、政府决策等。本数据集的详细说明信息可访问 http://www.csdata.org/p/441/ 了解。
Xishuangbanna Ecological Station is a foundational observation station of the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) and ChinaFLUX. Leveraging eddy covariance technology, it has conducted 17 years of carbon and water flux observations. This dataset is developed based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, and underwent standard data processing procedures including coordinate rotation, outlier rejection, and data gap filling, generating routine meteorological data and carbon-water flux data at four temporal scales (30-minute, daily, monthly, and annual) for the Xishuangbanna Station from 2003 to 2010. The meteorological data include air temperature, air relative humidity, water vapor pressure, wind speed, wind direction, soil temperature, soil moisture, solar radiation, photosynthetically active radiation, and precipitation, among others. The carbon-water flux data cover ecosystem gross primary productivity, ecosystem respiration, net ecosystem productivity, latent heat flux, and sensible heat flux. This dataset supports diverse applications, including regional ecosystem function assessment, model parameter optimization, as well as local economic development, ecological security, and government decision-making.
