Adrenocortical carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor originating from the cells of the adrenal cortex. This resource provides comprehensive analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell analyses. Specifically, the DNA analytical workflow includes detection of point mutations, structural variations, fusion genes, as well as copy number variation (CNV) profiling. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also covers novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
