This study aims to develop accurate models that discriminate 6mA from a canonical adenine from raw nanopore signal data generated on the R9.4.1 chemistry. To achieve this, we utilized a wide variety of datasets from multiple bacterial species for which sequence context of 6mA is known. We also conducted a performance comparison of our model with other existing models.
