LaDe是一个公开可用的最后一公里配送数据集，包含来自工业界的数百万个包裹。该数据集具有三个独特特点：（1）大规模：涉及10,677k个包裹、21k名快递员，覆盖超过6个月的真实运营数据。（2）信息全面：提供原始包裹信息（如位置和时间要求）以及任务事件信息（记录快递员在任务接受和完成等事件发生时的位置和时间）。（3）多样性：数据集包括多种场景（如包裹取件和配送）和多个城市的数据，每个城市因其独特特征（如人口）而具有不同的时空模式。数据集进一步分为两个子数据集：LaDe-D（来自包裹配送场景）和LaDe-P（来自包裹取件场景），其中LaDe-D包含来自上海、杭州、重庆、吉林和烟台五个城市的数据，每个城市的数据以CSV格式提供。数据字段包括包裹ID、经纬度坐标、城市、区域ID、AOI信息、快递员ID、任务接受和完成时间及相关GPS信息、以及日期上下文。

LaDe is a publicly available last-mile delivery dataset with millions of packages from industry. It has three unique characteristics: (1) Large-scale. It involves 10,677k packages of 21k couriers over 6 months of real-world operation. (2) Comprehensive information, it offers original package information, such as its location and time requirements, as well as task-event information, which records when and where the courier is while events such as task-accept and task-finish events happen. (3) Diversity: the dataset includes data from various scenarios, such as package pick-up and delivery, and from multiple cities, each with its unique spatio-temporal patterns due to their distinct characteristics such as populations. The dataset is composed of two subdatasets: LaDe-D (from package delivery scenario) and LaDe-P (from package pickup scenario). LaDe-D contains data from five cities: Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Jilin, and Yantai, provided in CSV format. Data fields include package ID, longitude/latitude coordinates, city, region ID, AOI information, courier ID, task acceptance and delivery times with associated GPS data, and date context.
