On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of the open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长发布的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定〉的命令》，已组织信息管理员在哈尔科夫开放数据门户发布其所管理的开放数据集；按照数据采集流程，此类数据集将自动同步至统一国家开放数据门户的"哈尔科夫市议会"管理账户下。
