UV Calibration data of the studied drugs

The calibration plots demonstrated excellent linearity (r = 0.9999) within wide ranges of 4.5-200.0, 0.3-50.0 and 0.5-60.0 µg/mL for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, itopride hydrochloride and celecoxib, respectively in UV detection, while 1.5-200.0, 0.1-50.0 and 0.3-60.0 µg/mL for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, itopride hydrochloride and celecoxib, respectively under fluorescence mode.
