this fileset contains the data generated in the paper "The distinction of CPR bacteria from other bacteria based on protein family content". The zip file contains 22,977 fasta files, one file per family. the binary matrix used to create the figures 2, 3 and 4 are also provided.本数据集包含论文《基于蛋白质家族组成区分CPR细菌与其他细菌》（The distinction of CPR bacteria from other bacteria based on protein family content）所生成的实验数据。该压缩包内含22977个FASTA格式文件，每个蛋白质家族对应一个单独文件。用于生成图2、图3及图4的二元矩阵亦随包提供。
