Zoning Destination Resort

The Destination Resort Combining Zone is an overlay zone. The Destination Resort Combining Zone is intended to provide for properly designed and sited destination resort facilities which enhance and diversify the recreational opportunities and the economy of Deschutes County. The Destination Resort Combining Zone will ensure resort development that compliments the natural and cultural attractiveness of the area without significant adverse effect on commercial farming and forestry, environmental and natural features, cultural and historic resources and their settings and other significant resources.目的地度假村综合开发区（Destination Resort Combining Zone）属于叠加规划区（overlay zone）。该开发区旨在为经合理设计与选址的目的地度假村设施提供发展空间，以提升并丰富德舒特县（Deschutes County）的休闲业态与地方经济。目的地度假村综合开发区将确保度假村开发项目契合区域自然与文化吸引力，同时不对商业农林业、环境与自然风貌、文化与历史资源及其存续环境，以及其他重要资源造成显著负面影响。
