Matlab code for determining instantaneous heart rate from audio signals of nesting birds

Matlab source code of signal processing methods to determine the instantaneous heart-rate from an audio recording made with a bird sitting on a plastic egg fitted with a wired microphone. These files are to accompany the conference paper:Carl Q. Howard, Jarrod C.
