A Novel Camellia Oil Microemulsion Significantly Enhances the Bioaccessibility and Antioxidant Activity of Curcumin: A Comparative Study with Coarse Emulsion

山茶花油富含不饱和脂肪酸和生物活性化合物，被选为本研究中的脂质相，不仅因其健康益处，也旨在探索其在新型递送系统中的表现。主要目标是研究利用山茶花油的微乳化技术本身，是否能在递送姜黄素方面优于传统粗乳剂。Camellia oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acids and bioactive compounds, was selected as the lipid phase for this study. This choice was motivated not only by its health benefits, but also to explore its performance in novel delivery systems. The primary objective of this research is to investigate whether microemulsification technology utilizing camellia oil itself can outperform traditional coarse emulsions in curcumin delivery.
