This experiment compares the growth of yeast grown in deuterium depleted water YPD to yeast grown in deuterium oxide YPD. Experimental setup can be found in the links below. This dataset includes the raw data from the nanodrop and the processed data. The graph plots 4 samples measured hourly and labeled as: *Yeast in DDW 1 - this yeast was incubated in DDW YPD for 24h prior to testing *Yeast in DDW 2 - this yeast was incubated in DDW YPD for 48h prior to testing *Nonadapted Yeast in D2O - this yeast comes from the 48h sample above and placed in D2O *Adapted Yeast in D2O - this yeast has been incubated in D2O YPD for 44 days replacing the media almost daily See setup linked below for more details.
