CnRH_HoxCBstopstrep_structural_model_Boltz-2

The dataset contains a structural model of the regulatory hydrogenase from Cupriavidus necator H16. The model was generated using Boltz-2. The model comprises the [NiFe] active site, FeS clusters and a Mg2+ ion. The sequence of the HoxB subunit was shortened at the C terminus and corresponds to the so-called "stop" variant. Furthermore, a StrepTag II was added to the C terminus which is used for purification. The data comprises also meta data in terms of confidence values, as well as PAE and pLDDT. The input used for Boltz-2 is reported in the corresponding yaml file.
