Binding and Ligand Blocking Activity of IGF1R Antibodies.

The IGF1R binding domain recognized by each antibody was determined using avidin-fusion proteins. Antibody binding affinity (KD) was determined using hIGF1R(ECD) and the Biacore™ equilibrium method. Values for ganitumab binding affinity have been reported previously [12].
