资源简介:
Organic agriculture is an important guarantee to ensure food safety, protect soil biodiversity and maintain ecological balance. The application of organic fertilizer formed by fermentation of agricultural waste and potassium mineral organic fertilizer formed by mixing with mineral rock are the basic technical measures to develop organic agriculture. However, there are few studies on the relationship between soil quality, microbial diversity and crop production under short-term application of organic or mineral organic fertilizer. Therefore, in this study, combining with the study of soil science, crop method and the soil microbial high-throughput sequencing technologies, investigated the short-term fertilization (no fertilizer, the inorganic fertilizer, organic fertilizer, applying potassium mineral fertilizer) the change of Perilla rhizosphere microflora, and analyzed from the Angle of microbiology fertility improved relationship with the yield increase.
