Flow cytometry data summary of "Standardized procedure to measure the particle size distribution of biofluids with microfluidic resistive pulse sensing"

We performed flow cytometry measurements to determine if the concentration of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in plasma or urine were affected by four different diluents: (1) 1% Tween 20 (v/v), (2) 0.1% BSA (w/v), (3) 0.1% Triton X-100 (v/v), and (4) DPBS). We applied the MIFlowCyt-EV standard for data reporting.本研究开展流式细胞术（flow cytometry）检测，旨在明确血浆或尿液中的细胞外囊泡（extracellular vesicles，EVs）浓度是否受四种不同稀释剂影响：(1) 1%体积分数的吐温20（Tween 20），(2) 0.1%质量体积比的牛血清白蛋白（Bovine Serum Albumin, BSA），(3) 0.1%体积分数的曲拉通X-100（Triton X-100），以及(4) 杜尔贝科磷酸盐缓冲液（Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline, DPBS）。本研究采用MIFlowCyt-EV标准完成数据报告。
